Custom pieces are made around the impressions you send, so allow time:
- Impression kit: ships within 3 business days of your order.
- Taking and returning impressions: depends on you, and on mail time back to us.
- Production: about 10 business days after your impressions arrive and are approved.
- Delivery: shipping time is additional.
For a custom piece, we suggest ordering at least 4 to 5 weeks before the date. Short on time? Baroque pieces ship within 2 to 3 business days, and the Birthstone Double Twist Ring, which needs no impressions, is made in about 5 business days.
