Ordering something custom online takes trust. Here is what we do to earn it.

Designed for you, never templated
Every piece is designed individually. Once your impressions arrive, Skye designs your piece around them by hand. We never use a stock template.

A 12-month warranty
Every Memori piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. If a defect appears, we repair it free of charge. After that, we can still repair it for a quoted fee.

Cast in our studio, from silver we trust
We cast every piece ourselves in solid 925 sterling silver. Our casting grain comes from Rio Grande, a long-established U.S. jewelry supplier: it is made in the United States, alloyed with 99.9% pure copper, and assayed batch by batch to confirm 92.5% silver. Never metal of unknown origin.
Each piece is hand-finished in our U.S. studio and arrives ready to give, with a laser-engraved Certificate of Authenticity card. For impression pieces, your original clay impressions come back as an Impression Collection Card you can frame and keep.

A kit with no pressure
Our silicone clay kit needs no heating, so there’s no risk of burns. We include two extra clay samples, and if an impression isn’t clear, we’ll ask for a retake at no charge.

Your kit ships free
Your impression kit ships within 3 business days, with a prepaid return label in the U.S. If your impressions are lost in transit, we send a new kit free.

Nothing is made until you’re sure
Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. We review every impression and confirm birthstone placement with you before production begins.
07
If something isn’t right
If your piece arrives damaged, has a defect, or doesn’t match the order you approved, tell us within 7 days and we’ll repair, remake, or replace it.
