Good to know
When do my points arrive?
Points are added once your order has shipped, based on the product subtotal. Shipping, taxes, and gift cards don’t earn points.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months with no account activity. Earning or redeeming points keeps them active.
Can I combine rewards?
One reward or discount code can be used per order.
Who can I refer?
Referral rewards are for new customers only, and self-referrals don’t qualify. Memori may update the program from time to time. Points you have already earned will always be honored.
