Refund policy

Memori jewelry is made by hand in our U.S. studio, and most pieces are made from your own impressions. Please read this policy before ordering. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page: https://memoriatelier.com/pages/shipping-returns

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PIECES
Pieces made from fingerprint or pet nose-print impressions, and any piece with birthstones or engraving, are made for one person and cannot be resold. They are final sale: we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom pieces, including for change of mind.
You may cancel a custom order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as your impression kit has not shipped. Once your impressions are approved and your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

BAROQUE COLLECTION AND OTHER READY-MADE PIECES
We accept exchanges or store credit (not refunds to the original payment method) within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with the Certificate of Authenticity card. To start a return, email hello@memoriatelier.com with your order number. For U.S. orders we will send you a prepaid return label.

DOUBLE TWIST RING WITHOUT BIRTHSTONES
If you order the Double Twist Ring (Birthstone) without any birthstones, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the ring arrived damaged or defective.

IMPRESSION KITS
Impression kits are not returnable once shipped.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the order you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will repair, remake, or replace the piece, or offer a refund at our discretion. If we ask you to return the piece for inspection, we cover the return shipping.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

WARRANTY
Every Memori piece has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
